Due to the intimate nature of body jewelry and strict health and safety regulations, Starfire Body Jewelry Co. only accepts returns on unworn, factory-sealed items within 30 days of delivery. We prioritize your hygiene and safety by ensuring all returned pieces undergo rigorous inspection before any refund or exchange is processed.

Return Process

  Verify Seal Integrity

  Ensure your jewelry is still inside its original, heat-sealed clear packaging; once the tamper-evident seal is broken, the item is no longer eligible for return.

  Submit Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and a photo of the sealed product to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the sealed jewelry in a padded bubble mailer or firm box to prevent damage during transit, as items damaged due to poor packaging cannot be refunded.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Affix your provided return label and drop the package at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt until your refund is confirmed.
